The first choice would be for an actual military drill sergeant. Also open to police or fire/rescue/EMT training personnel or Coast Guard. As a last resort, open to military boot camp fitness instructor. Characteristics this woman should have:

• Physically fit
• Experienced in leading a group through physically challenging training
• Be immediately identified as a female drill instructor while on-camera
• Local to Florida

Caucasian male in his 30s for Dad role

Should be athletic as the scene calls for Dad to run down the street to catch up with his wife and daughter to bring them the Odwalla Juice they forgot for the daughter's school lunch.
